Materials Outer fabric: CS59, 100% cotton. Padding: 120g/m2 10cm diamond quilting.
Product Standards SABS 1387 Part 4, D59 and SABS 1423 Part 1.
Hazard Assessments Cold conditions and work areas with potential flame hazard.
Product Comments
  • The material is chemically treated to make it flame retardant.
  • Protection is guaranteed by the fabric manufacturer for 50 wash cycles, subject to correct laundering, rinsing and drying.

Product Features

  • Padding in jacket is a diamond quilted inner of 120g/m2.
  • The flame retardant chemical treatment of the outer fabric lasts the normal lifetime of the textile (protection is retained after 50 wash cycles, subject to correct laundering, rinsing and drying).
  • The outer fabric does not melt nor support combustion.
  • As a result of heat arising, the material develops a carbon shield, which gives additional protection against flames.
  • Waterproof with optional liner.
